HTC One S review

HTC One S is a mid-range Android smartphone in HTC One family, smaller sibling to the company’s top-spec HTC One X. The HTC One S is a premium handset but with a slightly lower specification than the One X. We found it outclassed the flagship phone in a number of areas – read on to find out where. HTC One S: Design  The HTC One S has a smaller screen than the HTC One X at 4.3in rather than 4.7in. However, the body of the phone is only a few millimetres smaller. But it is a very thin and light phone at just 8.3mm and 120g. The two phones look similar from the front but have a different design on the rear. The One S has an aluminium chassis and a small plastic removable cover at the top that hides the Micro-SIM slot. The back is flat instead of curved but the One S still feels mostly comfortable in the hand. We like the stylish and sleek design – apart from two small elements. Firstly the removable cover is a tricky customer to remove; and the top edg...

HTC One X review

HTC One X                                                                   With the introduction of HTC One series, HTC has vowed to come back to the top by focusing on  designs, and better user experience. It’s the flagship of HTC’s new branding and strategic positioning behind a single line of devices, industrial design, and focus. The strategy mirrors that of Samsung’s with their Galaxy series, and if successful will rekindle the excitement behind HTC’s brand. Feel While we personally prefer the One S in terms of overall size, the HTC   One X handles its larger size well. Like its smaller brother. It borrows the overall design pioneered on devices like the Sensation , but merges them with the sleek unibody design of phones like the Radar . The One X feels even more like a flattened, slimmed down A...

HTC One V with a legendry design

The HTC One V is the third member of HTC One family, filling in the budget slot below the HTC One X and the  HTC One S .With the distinct chin and unibody construction that has won it plaudits. In terms of build quality, the HTC One V feels much more expensive than it actually is. The phone has been crafted from a lightweight metal, which gives it a premium feel in the hand, and offers a feel of durability. At just 120x58x9.2mm and weighing 114g, the phone remains easily pocketable too. HTC One V Hardware specification Spec wise, you’re looking at a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 single-core processor clocked at 1Ghz, with Adreno 205 graphics with 4GB internal storage, and only 512MB of RAM. A five megapixel camera with LED flash and f/2.0 lens can be found on the back of the phone. A 3.7in WVGA 480x800 screen sits in the handset's aesthetically pleasing casing, offering viewing space slightly larger than that of the Iphone 4S and a decent pixel density of 252ppi ...
